The pipeline problem
Why the usual fixes stall

More activity isn't the answer. A system is.

Founders, CEOs and sales leaders at growing B2B companies know how to win a deal. What they don't have is a repeatable way to create the next one.

How most teams prospect
■Define an ICP, buy a list, add whatever intent data the tools provide
■Accounts look right, but have no reason to talk right now
■Signals land in a dashboard and nobody owns them
■Reps decide who to call, when they have time
■Campaigns launch once and go stale
How the engine works
■Targets built from why you actually win
■Signals combined into real buying situations
■Every signal tied to a play, a person and a next step
■Outreach and follow-up run every week, for you
■Results decide what to keep, change or cut
The mechanism
Your wins are the starting point

It starts with your wins, not a list.

A good-fit account doesn't tell you why someone buys, and a signal doesn't mean there's a reason to talk. So we work backward from deals you've already closed, then forward to the companies in the same situation today.

The five parts
One engine, run for you

Five parts. Built, run and improved by Fraxn.

01
Reverse-engineer what already wins
→
We analyze your CRM, sales conversations and relevant losses to find the conditions, problems, people and timing behind real wins. The program starts from what has already proven itself in your business.
02
Build the signal program from the ground up
→
Website activity, CRM data, product usage, job changes, third-party data. We decide which signals matter, combine them into real buying situations, rank them, and connect each one to a clear play.
03
Turn signals into prospecting plays
→
Each priority signal becomes a complete play: the right people, why the signal matters to them, what to say, and coordinated outreach across email, calls, LinkedIn and paid where it fits.
04
Actually work the accounts
→
Data and workflows don't run themselves. We set the priorities, ownership rules, timing, follow-up and visibility inside your team's existing workflow, so the program gets worked every week.
05
Expand, maintain and optimize
→
Signals get noisy, markets shift and messaging goes stale. We maintain the engine, test new signals, add plays, and tune targeting, messaging, channel mix and follow-through on commercial results.
What a play looks like
Example, fictional company

One signal, turned into a complete play.

Every priority signal gets the same treatment: why it matters, who to reach, what to say, and a sequence that runs until someone replies.

The signal
Northwind Freight hires a new VP of Sales.
Job-change data flags the hire on day 3. Northwind matches the profile of your best customers: same size, same buyer, same messy handoff between marketing and sales.
Why it matters
For this client, a new sales leader is a buying window.
In this example, your closed-won analysis showed a pattern: a new head of sales, a pipeline target to hit, and no system to hit it with. Northwind just entered that window.

Questions
Before you book

Common questions.

Is this outsourced SDR?

No. Fraxn builds and manages the proactive prospecting system behind your sales motion. Depending on the engagement, Fraxn may run campaign execution and follow-through, while your team handles the sales conversations and closing.

Do we need intent software already?

No. We build the signal program from the ground up and decide which first-party, third-party, CRM and market signals are worth using. If you already pay for intent or enrichment data, we put it to work.

Will this work if we mostly grow through referrals?

That's often one of the strongest cases, as long as you have enough happy customers to learn from and a reachable market of companies like them.

Do we need a large sales team?

No. It works for founder-led businesses and for established sales teams, as long as someone can consistently take qualified sales conversations.

Does it work for service businesses, or only SaaS?

Both. The method starts from your own wins, so it works for B2B software and B2B services companies with a proven offer and a clear business buyer.

What does “qualified pipeline” mean?

Pipeline that meets the ICP, opportunity, stage and qualification criteria we agree on together at kickoff, measured against your starting baseline.

Is the guarantee unconditional?

No. Qualification and participation requirements apply. We'll walk through the specifics on the fit call, before anything is signed.

What happens after 90 days?

We keep running the engine: maintaining it, adding signals and plays, and improving targeting, messaging and channel mix based on what actually converts.

See if Fraxn is a fit.

Thirty minutes. We'll look at your wins, your market and your sales capacity, and tell you plainly whether the engine will work for you.
